Healthy Tomato Herb Roasted Chicken

Ingredients
1 pack of chicken thighs (3-4 thighs)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 sprig fresh rosemary, minced
1 sprig fresh basil, minced
1/2 lime, juice
2 fresh cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp black pepper, salt, garlic powder
7-10 cherry tomatoes
1/2 yellow onion
Directions
Wash chicken thighs and place in a large bowl.
Add olive oil, rosemary, basil, lime juice, garlic, and seasonings. Mix by hand until ingredients are combined.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in fridge for 2-4 hours.
Preheat oven to 395 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for 25 minutes. Increase temperature to 410 F and cook another 10 minutes. Lastly, broil on high heat for another 5 minutes or until skin becomes golden brown.
