My Background
I am a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, and Pastry Chef who is passionate about sports nutrition and helping motivated athletes/gym goers get the results they have been striving for. With personal experiences involving binge eating disorders, powerlifting competitions, and simply work life balance, I can fully empathize with some of the obstacles you may face too. My experience as a Clinical Dietitian and educational background at New York University and Queens College propelled me to become well crafted in the field of dietetics.
