Easy Coconut Macaroons

If you’re looking for the best coconut macaroon recipe to make in very little time, look no further! I made these macaroons for Thanksgiving and they were the biggest hit. Unlike some recipes, this combination makes them perfectly chewy, chocolatey, crunchy on the outside, and the perfect amount of sweet and salty to keep you wanting more. The Great British Baking show most certainly influenced me to be on the hunt for a good recipe. In their technical challenge, they also made ones with mango puree in the middle which I have yet to try and tackle. Instead, I decided to drizzle some more chocolate on top of the ones I found here. You can never have enough chocolate am I right? ;)
