5 Minute Roasted Soy Sauce Chicken
If you’re one of those people who are always scavenging around to prepare dinner, you will love this easy 5 minute prep chicken recipe!
This crispy roasted soy sauce chicken is only a handful of ingredients and takes minimal effort to prepare! See the recipe below for your next home cooked meal :)
Ingredients:
3-4 chicken thighs
1/4-1/2 cup soy sauce
Splash of white wine vinegar
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Directions:
Pour soy sauce and white wine vinegar over chicken thighs, enough to generously marinate the chicken.
Season generously with onion and garlic powder.
Mix ingredients together and marinate in the fridge for 6-24 hours (the longer the better)
Roast in the air fryer at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. If using an oven, times may be 10-15 minutes longer. Flip the chicken thighs halfway through the cooking process.
