2-ingredient bagels!

Finally got my hands on these! And WOW it really is all the rage!! Only 2 ingredients 😍

Ingredients:
1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt

1 cup self rising flour (or all purpose flour with 1.5 tsp baking powder)

(Top off with egg wash and everything bagel seasoning)

Directions:
1. Mix ingredients in a bowl until combined
2. Mix dough in a kitchen aid mixer or knead dough by hand (5-7 minutes)
3. Beat one whole egg and brush the top with egg wash. Then sprinkle with garlic, onion, salt, sesame seeds (or everything seasoning)
4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 23-25 minutes then at 400 degrees for 5 minutes
